Unlike our freeze dried powders, matcha follows a different path. One defined by careful cultivation and precise processing.
Before harvest, the leaves are shaded to enhance chlorophyll and amino acids. Once picked, they are gently steamed, dried, and stone-milled into a fine, vibrant green powder.
